Hi there new to hondas, i've been talking to a few peeps and have hit a block, if i can't find the right ek9 type r for me, then i'm thinking of converting an ek4, i'm definatly going to the track, i've put drifting in my
180sx off for a while, so i need to do something. Does the seam welding make that much more of a difference to the regidity* of the car? not sure if i wanna run a full interiour but if it's out then i'd think of getting it welded up.

Sorry for the rant but can anyone shed some light :angry2:

Id go for some serious roll cage and bracing before any seam welding..
maybe down the line , a year or two when the shell becomes weak from the stiff chassis.. you will notice it then..

I've been told the ek9-r's are seam welded, does it make much of a difference compared to the ek4 when on the track? with regards to roll/stiffness?
