Should I trade rims Yay or Nay?

This guy I know wants to trade wheels..@ first I said no...cause I really like the white on white look..so I dunno..and now he says that he'll give me the wheels plus money on top...(which is always nice.)

The rims are 16" Work Emotion with my same tires I have ,and they are pretty much new as well.So finally...yay or nay?
