There's not that much to it either get an all in one cold air intake like the comptech and mugen ones or just use a oem airbox and remove the resonator box/piping and run your own cold air feed to the airbox. in the grand scheme of things they will all perform around the same.
 
the Stock DC2R intake box with a K&N Filter Works fine for me. I'd just channel in the Air via a Home made airduct into the airbox.
