Bought many things from simauto/Ricky now and each time the service and delivery has been excellent. Even when there was an issue he listened and was able to provide me with a solution. Can't recommend enough.
 
Bought a few bits for my engine rebuild off Derek recently. Very helpful chap, both on the phone and via email, really good communication!!

Had problems with the royal mail on the last item but he was on thier case straight away to sort it out, and let me know exactly what was happening, very good seller.

Bought oem stuff. Fast delivery.10/10. U really need to stock oem ek9 suspension. So hard to get. : (
 
This is the first time that I have to try and solve something this way.. But even my patience has its limits, so..

First I ordered some stuff, which arrived in a damaged package with the exhaust gasket missing and a solenoid gasket that was damaged.. PM's were sent and I was told that they would give me a refund for the exhaust gasket because it was out of stock, and that they would send me a new solenoid gasket.

I told them that I'd wait till the Hondabond was in stock, and let them ship that together with the solenoid gasket. So I paid the extra for the Hondabond and that was that..

Weeks went by, totally lost track of the shipment because I had SO many things coming in at the time. After 1.5-2 months I realised that those items never arrived.. PM'd them again, they said this was shipped out ages ago and I was given the option for a refund for the outstanding items or a new shipment.. I chose the refund, but after little more than a month it still hasn't been sent back to my Paypal account. I remember sending them 1-2 PM's as a reminder, I'm not sure about the exact number because you can't see your sent items on this forum?

Anyway, it's only a small amount of money (about 30£) But it would be nice if we can solve this after all this time.. Too bad it had to go this way, because I can see that there are plenty of other customers that are really happy with their services :)
