Hi guys. I'm from Poland. I want to show you my EJ9 i bought year ago. I always wanted a Honda and here it is. This is how she looked like when I bought:
After few days I knew body work is grant but motor was a no go. 1L oil - 1000km
So I throw a D16Z9 that was completly rebuild using OEM, ACL parts, Vision timing wheel, Exedy stage 1 cloutch etc.

So I sorted everything related with suspension, motor, brakes and then moved to interior.
I never liked the ceiling in my civic so I used black alcantara and painted plastic around it with VHT vinyl and boy what a difference. Next buy was bad. I learned the hard way not to buy fake's. I'm talking about fake Recaro DC2 seats , well on photo they look smart but there're very shitty, don't recommend them.
Here is the photo of interior back then:
And outside:
Then I bought Ek4 wheels and painted them white with red H .
Saved I few $ and i got this:
Real Reacro showed up in local market in very good shape so i jumped in
Then i took care of body work - took my whole 3 days but I'm very happy with the end result (I used Manzerna 500,3000, flexipads, Dodo juice Puprple wax and PB Black Hole).
And here are photos outside - look shitty becouse I took em with my phone hehe
I know this is very ghetto compared to US or GB project but remember here in Poland mods parts doesn't lay on shelves or ebay and the paycheck at the end of the month is ... let's say is not so good
So what you guys think?
Next upgrade will be suspension. I haven't decided yet. Should I go Koni Sport or KYB AGX ( i use car only on the streets since there're no track in my region + roads are shitty - pitholes). Cheers
