skunk 2 coolant cap

Hi has anybody fitted a competition 1.3 skunk 2 coolant cap?

Apparently its ment to help with cooling. Im running a b18c4 whicj is turbod but my coolant trmperature has always remained as it should.

Is it worth me buying 1?

Not worth it IMO, the gains are hardly worth talking about. If your temps are good at the moment, what's the point?
