I don't see how they can keep raising insurance AND on top of that petrol prices are increasing so fast. They are forcing them selves into a even worse position people in the future are just simply going to refuse to drive at this rate.
I have moved to within walking distance of work due to the costs of driving, I refuse to pay these rip off prices anymore. I'll pay to play, but I will not be bent over to get to work, it's beyond a ****ing joke now.
The whole system needs a re-structure, the insurance industry is built out of a tower of vultures and 90% are not needed. Accident management companies, personal injury lawyers, crooked garages and ineffecient claims handling open to fraud and abuse, it is unsustainable. Breaking point will be soon and I hope the whole crooked mess crashes and burns.
It needs to be taken back to the core point. Damage someones car, get it repaired ASAP. That's it, no hyper inflated courtesy cars, no compensation for made up injuries, no bullshit. Not like the crap I've just had to deal with where a scratch ended up taking 3 years and £5000 to sort.
