well it isnt exactly a full power steering system, but i took the power steering off the rack altogether, then looped it with thick rubber pipe, added a T piece to the pipe and ran that pipe to a clutch resevoir and breather, it means i can still have my rack full of PAS fluid and when its up into a tank/breather no pressure will build inside the rack, and from what ive tried of it so far it seems pritty light, i will post a how-to when i get the car back

i took my power steering out and its heavy lol (pain when stationary) But actually when driing you feel the road pretty well!

update - I HATE F**KING CARS!

all was well today untill it was time to take the car of the trailor, and i took the handbrake off and thought someone was holding the car, instead i had to dive out the way and the door caught on the trailer and ripped it off its hinges totally ****ed the door and hinges, spent most of the day trying to get the door to shut, got it done, but the bottom of the door is ruined :( THEN, i fitted my new wheels to discover my 5 stud wheel bearing is totally shagged and the wheel just wobbles about THEN i fit the bisimoto downpipe to find out it doesnt fit, and for whatever reason it points upwards towards my subframe, and actually touches it, something totally not right there, and its about 1mm off the sump if am lucky :|
also cut nearly every finger on ma hands putting the engine back in....cunts!

anyways, pictures..

Question for you too - do you think you could run a full legnth radiator with that header?

It looks too tight from the pics.
