Spark Plugs

Just wondering if anyone has any advice about the best spark plugs to put in d14a4 engine. Iridium has been mention but would these be an improvment on the recommended ones, without causing problems further down the line?

BKR6E-II (OEM) or BKR6IEX-II - Iridium

I use BCPR6ES on nasp motors and 7ES on boosted/high comp builds.

The BCP's i mentioned are alot cheaper than the OEM plugs thats for sure.

NGK BKR7E, That what i use to use in my b16b no problem whats so ever. There not that expensive to.
