Speedo out??

Checked it a few times with sat nav and with app on iphone and its seems im out from 3-13mph depending on what speed im doing.

Is there a way i can correct this myself or a place i can take it to??

what tyre size you using? as my car is almost bang on

i think im all standard mate, thing is because its an import it had to be changed from KM to MPH...
