I know all of you have 5 lug, but i own an eg6, so 4x100

I'm looking for some spoon calipers...and i've to buy 11" rotors 4x100.

so except fastbrakes (good for everyone..) what else should I consider?
thanks

To fit Spoon Brakes to your Eg6 you'll need the following:

Spoon Twin Block Calipers
Spoon Extended Wheel Studs (ARP do these also)
Spoon Spacer which goes behind the disk
282mm 4 X 100 Disks (EBC do these afaik)
And then pads, fluid etc

Also, because you have to put in extended wheel studs, you'll need to ge two new front wheels bearings from honda because its very difficult to split the hub with the bearing in it.

You may not need these, depending on the wheels which you have on your car.

if the spoon caliper allows it the MG ZS 180 disc can be used. This disc requires the grinding out of the Legend/Prelude/ITR/EK9 caliper because of its width.

hope this helps

hello
i'm also trying to fit the Spoon caliper on my 4*100 ek civic.
what i hve is a 3mm spacer behind the rotor. I think 3.2mm might make it fit better. I got my rotors from fast brake. The fast brake rotor is a 11" rotor from a gen4 prelude that has been redrilled to 4*100.
here is a pic with the 3mm spacer behind the rotor

i think if it's just the rotor is pushed out just a little bit more it'll be centered between the caliper.

here's some pic's to show you the comparison
stock civic rotor vs integra dc2 vs itr/prelude redrilled

oh just so you know i was using a integra knuckle
the integra knuckle with the 4*100 hub is quite common in Canada so i just grabbed and used that since i as doing a rear disk conversion too. you can see on the knuckle the bolt on attachment for the caliper sticks out more than the regular civic. Mine was a CX/base model civic with drums in the back
also running Spoon extended ball joints :)

hey nice parts.

btw i can order discs with the right size
282mm and 4x100 stud holes

my friends was going do this to his civic with 4lug never had enough info on how do it.

i had my 3mm spacer made by my machinest friend.
however, just surfing around... i saw Spoon actually makes the 3mm spacer specifically for the 4*100 spoon caliper upgrade
