Spoon Engine Mount Group Buy - VTEC Direct


do they fit an ek4 vti? if they do i might be interested in a set. How hard are they to fit, I'm quite handy on the tool so that wont be a problem but i havnt got and engine lift or anythink like that if its needed.
 
Yeah ek4 vti would be the same:) Well if your mechanically minded they shouldn't be a problem to you. I find the rear one the hardest to fit, you wont need an engine lift but you might just need to get the car on a lift or over a pit:)
 
Thought there would have been alot more interest in these?:(
 
you should always support the engine when removing one of the three main mounts... otherwise your twisting the others and over-streesing them.
