Nothing bro, it will require more pressure to use the overflow res. Not really a big deal.

Just make sure you get the right fitment they do 2 different ones.

They are right you don't "Need" to change anything but IMO I would at least inspect your hoses and check the condition to make sure they can handle the extra press. Last thing you want is to have a higher pressure cap and now you just blew off your coolant hose cause it couldn't take the additional pressure.
