Std alloy wheel respray

Going to get my old standard alloys sprayed. Would be best to get them sand blasted or what method would be best? I will then be giving them to my girlfriends uncle to spray them as he runs a body shop

If the paints bot flaking off I wouldn't bother blasting them

The paint is chipping off in some places down to the bare metel

If you get them blasted then I'd get them powdercoated instead, if not just get the chips filled and save yourself the money of blasting them.
