strange noise when idle

i did a small trip yesterday when i came back home i left car 1hour at my garage and when i went again for a ride i noticed a strange noise at idle.

it's not a loud noise it's something like injectors working and loose valves but a lil louder it's sounds like metalic noise.

if i touch the tb that sound goes off also when engine is cold i cant hear that sound i can hear it only at idle with warm engine.

now i'm afraid to hit vtec !

either LMA`s or valves tapping? But if you make it stop touching the TB something`might be in sync.

i'll check-do a valve adjustment next weekend coz i never did one.
i dont think is lma's or valves tapping when these needs adjustment-replacement thought you can hear them also when engine revving higher than idle.

Doubt its LMA's or Valve clearence especially as its only when warm.

Youve check spark plugs etc? Mark where your distributor is and loosen it , rotate it (advance or retard) and see if the noise goes away.

Warn or Cold - LMA's will make a noise if worn or sticking.
Change to new spring types. Sounds like marbles in the valve cover.
If it's not really serious you will hear it on letting off the throttle or when the engine is cold.
