Strange noise

Hi All

I have a strange rattling noise coming from the top right side of the engine.

I took a quick video and uploaded it here :

I had my waterpump, all belts and tensioner changed recently, so I am guessing that the noise could be related as it wasn't doing it before? It's definitely not the belts as the noise is coming from the top somewhere, sounds like at the back of the intake. It only starts happening when the engine is really hot. The first 15-20 mins of driving it sounds perfectly fine......any ideas?

have you got a/c? it could be the tensioner for that? if not could be the altenator..
 
a/c has been removed....... just weird as it sounds like the rattling is coming from inside the intake?!
 
try disconnecting the alternator belt and power steering and see if the noise goes away. could be a noisey bearing on one of the pullys.

I haven't driven the car the last week or so, so not had a chance to have a look. If it were the bearings in the distributor, would the noise not be coming from the unit itself? It's coming from the opposite end of the engine from where the distributor sits, or could it somehow be rattling down into the inlet somehow?
 
sounds like a dent on the exhaust or a valve having much more clearance then normal
