td04 turbo on stock b16a2?

hi been thinking about getting a turbo kit (td04) for my em1, but does anyone no what bar you can run stock b16 on?
 
Think on that turbo you can run about a bar to make around 300hp your tuner should be able to tell you best talking to them

would be running on a td04 with a biggie back ecu on standerd injectors.where i live there no tuners near me.
 
I wouldn't bother of your going to keep stock injectors, limits the power output massively. to the point where it seems pointless putting the turbo on.
 
I run 7 psi on my b18 turbo 9,makes 284 bhp.if i was you i would get some 550cc injectors. Where are you based?
 
ok cool. what cc injectors is best for it? live in shetland scotland if you no where that is?

All depends on the power you are aiming for.
Id go with 440cc injectors, they are pretty good for low blow setups.
Thats what i did run in my car before upping the boost.

The Shetlands, your a fair bit away from anything let alone a tuner!

The closest i can think of is Wallace performance in Aberdeen. A fair trek from you!
 
If i was you i would get evrything together you need for the build and take it to atuner and get them to do all the work so you just collect and drive away,unless you want to do the work yourself and trailor it to them for tuning. Just a hassle where you are with ferrys etc.

well am aiming for alot but not to much that b16 will blow! thinking to do it over the winter so it give me plent of time to work with it.cheers will have a look tonight for injectors. ye tell me about it!! ye thats the only place thats close to where i live, but it not cheap just to go get a remap or a hp test its about £300 to get your car down and home again!! ye think i would be happy if it would get 280 horse, i would feel safe running on that.

Some people have had 300 out of stock engines. Me personally wouldnt do that, i used to run 6psi through mine with a safe map and it made 230hp. it was a hoot to drive.
My only concern is the turbo is abit small, youd be better of with the td05, or using a t3 framed turbo as getting a manifold for them is alot easier.
