The Gias have a silver back or kevlar.

Pretty sure they dont come in black back.
 
look for the made in japan tag, sticker or etching. they're fake to me.
 
As in the little label with the ghost with bride written on?

I think anywhere actually, the registered trademark is "Bride Japan". So unless these seats are really old, as in, pre-Bride Taiwan or wherever the reps are made, then they are not genuine, as all genuine Brides are Bride Japan.
 
also i would check the bracket to see if it's steel or aluminum...use a magnet to check it.
aluminum= real
steel= fake.
 
The suede/alcantara section looks very poor quality around the shoulder area, never saw them as faded as that before, this is usually a give away for rep Brides from what I've saw.

Also the BRIDE logo looks too far up the head rest.
