Since I found something in my car today, figured I'd share and see if anyone else has had something similar happen.

Today I was looking in my glovebox and found another shift knob. I didn't think anything of it until I noticed it had a 6-Speed pattern on it. I figured it was more than just some ricer knob so I looked up pics of S2000 knobs since that was the first 6-Speed Honda that came to mind and sure as the world it was an AP2 S2000 Shift knob. Also found a Killswitch engage CD in there a few months back and gave it to a friend. Also found an amp hidden in the spare tire compartment but it was fried so I threw it away.

Those are the only notable things I can think of right now. So anyone else find anything interesting in their car after buying it?

Found the owners manual with a brand new remote still sealed in the pack, a slimline one, OEM. brand new since 1998. Tried it and it didnt work, then noticed the little pull-out plastic tab. pullled it out and it worked! lol got full services history and manual. Even got the special cd changer trays for the mini cds!

a talking shrek toy was in mine when it came over :D JDM shrek...god knows what he's saying though.

a yen and a little kinder egg toy car type thing, nothing as cool as a remote though and a service manual :(

Lots of japaness yen coins & an unopened JDM teabag packet :)

And when I bought my DD EG8 sedan, I can hardly describe the amount of crap in this car. 10 different maps of oregon, loads of change, trash, flares, sunglasses, lug nuts, a haynes manual, tampons, lightbulbs, ect.

i bought a 94 civic hb clean title inspected the car "not enough" it ran good body was clean.....one day i was driving and got a flat went for the spare and realized the back cover was being held up by 3 phone books pulled em out and also noticed the car had been severly rear ended b4 it was pretty bad....i sold the car for the same price i bought it lesson learned lol i was also stuck on the side of the road with a flat 3 phone books and no spare lol......even if its a clean title make sure to look it over really well

Oh, yeah. Ole Midori has a clean title but she's been wrecked. Tow hooks are bent and some of the metal under the passenger side skirt is mangled. The front bumper is off color and obviously not the original but a lot of folks in TN know the car and said it used to have body kit on it a few years ago.

lol i origionally bought that eg for my turbo h22 project after i sold that i picked up another eg same scenario with a flat wen i discovered that this spare tire was for a prelude the big 4 lug pattern lol only my luck lol

Actually mine still has it's original spare but in my basement i have 4 13" 4x100" Steelies and at my shop at my granny's 35 minutes away is 4 14" 4x100 Steelies so I have plenty spares laying around. Everyone of them has tires, ones flat but only 3 have any decent tread on them. I'm thinkin of pulling the spare out and putting the 13" with tread in.

i found a jap diary for the year 2007, and a thong!lol:D

Hehe now you reminded me what happened to me. I bought the car two and a half years ago when I was 21......It had a great sweet smell inside which it could not dissolve and it took me three whole months to find out that deep under the steering wheel above the pedals in the unreachable corner there was a double -face sticker holding a perfume!! :angry2:

one of my friends picked up a del sol sir and a couple of days later when he had to brake hard a tasty razo gear knob rolled out from underneath the passenger seat. lucky bass
