Dude, its a mistake. It doesnt have 4ws.

The 1990 Honda Prelude has 4 wheel steer. Basically the rear wheels steer slightly in the same direction as the front. Supposed to help cornering but technology mustve proved failure since its was never used again.

Another car that has 4WS is the Mitsubishi GTO
 
seen one of the pics from this site somewhere. why is it so expensive thought?
 
holy crap $23000 . i think Honda has re-launched the ek9 ha ha. but with the all new four wheel steering . no man that must be a mistake .
 
my opinion...

it is being sold by someone/ a garage who doesn't know too much about the car. the pictures look like example ones and the information is incorrect. my advice would be, if this isn't too far from you, go and have a look at it. if the place of sale is far from you, i'd definitely call them before going to see it.

the cost of $23,000.00 converted to the british pounds would be £11,500.00 according to google and they generally go for around £6,000.00 so it's almost twice that! i'd definitely check they've priced it correctly! again, this could be their knowledge of the car.
