Throttle Body Help

Hi there guys I recently got my hands on an extra B16B T/B
and I have had it bored out to 66mm > 64mm Just want to think what you guys think will I loss a bit of Low - Mid Range torque ? since the size gone up quite a bit was going to get it machined 66mm>60mm any way lay it out there and see what you guys thinks
here is what I've done to my engine so far no Cams yet

5Zigen Miracle Fireball 2 1/4" Cat back
Custom HPC'd intake with Simota Filter
Workshop X Carbon Airbox
MSD 8.5mm leads
Spoon Earthing kit
Spoon radiator cap
Exedy 5 Puck clutch
Lightened Flywheel
Innovative engine mounts black insert
Mugen Fan switch
Mugen Thermostat

Doubt you will lose any noticeable torque. Anyway these engines are all about top end power so that's where any benefit will be most noticeable. Although I here of some guys claiming much better low down throttle responce with the larger throttle body. Im sure some one will clarify this who has done this mod before.
