Hello and welcome to my EK9 Build thread

I have owned many Hondas in the last 4 years, Starting on an EJ9, then going through the stages of owning a Jordan, s2000.. and now I found myself with a lovely EK9.

Here's a few pictures of my previous cars, All bought from standard.

But after owning the S2000 I wanted to go back to civic's as I hated it. So I Thought screw it, I'll buy the best 6th gen and get an EK9. I Believe the previous owner was on this forum, but haven't seen it. Here's what she looked like when I bought her in semptember.

Really happy with the purchase. And cant wait to get started!

Weapon. I want the engine lol

Not that I know of mate, stroked b16b so only needs abit of head work and will be a real monster!
From when I last spoke to him he was cleaning the car up ready for sale,

My private numberplate arrived! Cost my mum £1700! :wow: for my 21st Birthday. Looks so nice though

So started by taking all the bolts and plastics out.

Then being real careful not to snap the clips!

Rear :)

Front :)

More mine now :)

Now its time for abit of noise! So I treated myself to a Skunk2 4-2 Manifold, tegiwa Adjustable de-cat and a Megan Racing Drift Spec Cat Back exhaust system. Bloody thing cost me £500. But looks and sounds amazing.

Love the noise, and with the angled look, looks so aggressive!

Cant wait to fit it! :)

Started wiring a nice sound system, with new speakers, headunit, and subwoofer for daily use :)

nice to listen to some decent tunes en route to work :)

Haha yeah it was pretty clean when I bought it. Just abit annoying he undersealed actual rot in one of the arches but only cost me £40 to fix via bodyshop. But yeah the cars lovely. Best Honda i've ever owned and best condition haha.
