torque settings

Are all the b18c engines the same torque settings I have a b18c4 wondering if the torque setting same as say a b18cr

I'd assume so, although you know what they say about assumptions.
What torque spec you need?

I need the torque setting for the camshaft covers

Cam cover will be the same across all bseries engines.
It's something light like 22nm or something
