Ya mate have looked at all of that when I was changing lca it's starting to bug me it only when I'm on bumpy roads it don't bang when I go over speed bumps

Check Droplinks and front ARB bushes? Presuming it's one of the special EJ9's with a front ARB lol.

Will look again at all these but I did when had it up in the air yesterday I looked at all the bushings and arb

Try checking arb drop links on the floor. Its easier to feel play if you do have any. Sometimes you cant feel the play when wheels are off the ground.
