TUNING when turboing a b16a

iv come across meny threads people saying tuning is what makes a good or bad tubroed civic. theres the part of building an engine, replace the old pistons, rods , ects with stronger parts but whats involved in TUNING the car after a turbo is installed? is it better ecu n stuff like that

To tune properly you need:

-capable EMS
-capable Fuel system
-capable Ignition system
-capable Tuner

OEM ignition is good enough for most people so find the other 3 and your set.
