Turbo B18C4. running rich

Hello everyone,
I swapped out my d14z2 from my 99 civic hb for a b18 from a 96-00 civic vti
I used the wiring harness from the d14. I have rebuilt the motor, removed the butterfly flaps and added a gt35r ball bearing turbo, fmic, RC 550cc injectors,wilbo 255 fuel pump, aem fuel reg, hondata map sensor, aem tur boost, aem wide band, i have a p30 chipped ecu. when im just at idle the car's afr's read 10/rich when im driving its around 11-13/ good and in boost at 5 to 8 psi at .25 to .50% throttle its around 12/good but when I go into open throttle it's 15+/lean. i have 3 different chips for the ecu, one for the current setup I listed, one for a b18c4 turbo, stock fuel pump, stock injectors, and the last one is a stock B18c4 map they all kinda run the same. I have drove the car with the turbo and stock everything and with everything added. I know I need a tune but im past due for mot and the nearest person that will tune it at an affordable price is rich777 and he is 2 hrs from my house, along with every other tuner, so driving is out of the picture until mot is done, unless someone can meet me and due a street tune, my IP address is IP27 0QZ.

so 45 people viewed my post and nobody has a suggestion? Like, are your plugs new and have the correct gap. please help me i wanna drive my car
