I actually dont have any vids, thought i might make some but its been a bit rainy here and i dont really drive it much, its a second car more for the dry days. Its kind of hibernating at the moment with the recent weather lol.

Cool car dude, but why a big GT40 and stock internals on the engine ??? wouldnt it of made more sense to use a smaller turbo ? would of built boost quicker, made more torque earlier e.t.c

Mainly because i didnt want the car to boost up quicker or low down rpm. When driving normal i wanted the car to stay off boost and feel like a normal ctr, which it does and drives fantastic. Just drove home in HEAVY snow, low down rpm and came home fine with no sudden suprises.
Then when doing spirited driving i wanted it to be on full boost then. When driving quick its always above 5krpm even between changes so its always on full boost when need be.

Its best of both imo.

Plus my set-up is future proof, when needing more power i dont have to change turboes or anything, just have block built and turn the boost up. its more suited for drag racing use, not track which i never intend to with this car :thumbup:

I noticed my cv boot had a tear throwing all grease everywhere, so just had the whole drive shaft replaced by Lou at tdi north.

Fantastic bunch of guys and they really do know how to take good care of their customers.
