Hello,

I'm building a b16a2 turbo and i want to know how much power can i expect and how much boost can y use for a safely tunning, 91 octane fuel and methanol (maybe at 20%).

So far the setup is:

Cast manifol
38mm tial wastegate
ITR cams
ITR ported intake manifold
9,1 CR forged pistons
eagle rods
Not turbo yet, but i was watching for a gt28
ID 1000cc inyectors
walbro fuel pump

Inyector dynamics, yes there are big, but not a problem

6262 or 60-1 would b my guess and i tuned 1 a while back on e85 with 60-1 makin close to 500 with same setup that u got on 22lbs

1000cc injectors? what you are building 1000whp engine? :p

1000cc injectors cannot support the fuel needs of a 1000hp engine dummy.

And OP the gt28 can only muster about 280whp, you need a gt3076, gt35r, or s256 depending on your hp goals, you can make 350-400whp w 91octane and the right setup, i make 333whp on 91oct, b16a/b hybrid with a gt3076r @12psi.

I have a stock b16a2 with rc440 injectors, walbro fuel pump, tial 38mm wastegate and gt3076r on 10lbs and I made 330 to the wheels average off of 3 pulls on the dyno. so if you go with the 3076r you will most likely make more or at least the same with lower compression and the head work you have.

how much power can handle stock rods/pistons?

Stock block b16's have seen as much as 500whp with a perfect tune, how long they last is a different matter. Stock sleeves will be a massive weak point it you intend to run over 400hp safely.
