I bought this car as a completely stock 1997 Honda Civic DX (EJ6 D16Y7), a simple silver car to get me to work. I did not know much about cars besides kind of knowing how to change brakes or oil but wanted to learn and I think I am starting to...
After a couple minor mods (tociko shocks/tein springs/stereo) I hit 320k miles and it over heated on my way to work one day and would never be the same. I considered a couple things: a)rebuild the d-series in a way that i would eventually turbo it, or b)buy a b16b civic type r engine and swap it in. I went with the type r.
Here is the car as it stands now:

2.25" Mandrel Exhaust (Flex Pipe, 24" Resonator (x2), Apexi WS2)
Short Ram Intake/K&N Filter
Walbro 255LPH Fuel Pump
Suspension:

98 spec CTR 5-lug Brakes Conversion (ITR 16" Rims)

For now here are some pictures of the car and the different things i have done to it:
Car when i first lowered it on the springs/shocks (tokicos/tein):
Left trunk:
Right trunk: (there is usually a side on the PC)
Dash conversion and painted black:
Del Sol seats before i cleaned them which was now pointless because they are covered in grease and oil......
