Type R lca same as usdm ek lca?????

There was an accident right in front of me and the only way to avoid a hit was to go up on the sidewalk lol. My wheels are ****ed and so is my driver side rear lca "lower control arm". Since its a bit of work to find rhd drive parts here i was wondering if the usdm parts would work as well
 
yes i got hardrace lca's for my old vti and they were for an si (usdm equivalent)
all ek lca's are the same...
