Damn, they did a good job but I really can't imagine how they balanced the car, if they did...

proper go kart.. couldnt imagine throwing it into a corner at the ton tho!!

correct me if i'm wrong... normal gear boxes use helical gear, a dog box uses spur gear or straight cut gear ... most superbikes uses this type of gearboxes.
upshifting does not require clutching but down shifting does.
mega $$$

Very nice, during the drag race, the opponent's car seemed like it didn't move lol. A dog box isn't a sequential gearbox is it?

well forgive if I'm being pessimistic but the has no body whatsoever, no panels, no dash and its got a very good engine. the power to weight ratio is automatically good, still I dont think its good in the corners

i doubt anyone is crazy enough to drive tis car into corners n circuit races;

this eg is built for 1 thing; Drag race only

but yeah; its helluya fast! the opponent looks like stand still :p

Only think i can say is: wow!

This eg flyes on the straights... and maybe with some good suspension and some good tires it can be a "killer machine" for touges... who knows...

Damn that things is quick. But as stated above i dont know how it will handle corners.

A dog box is not a sequenciel gearbox...

I raced in formula ford with those transmission, plus it was blueprinted...
You shift up without the clutch and it's really really quick and
a joy to use :drive:

can you estimate the curb weight when it was without the engine? I saw that they could lift it easily with their hands...wow

Don't you up shift without the clutch with a sequential gear box as well? or aam I completely wrong?

On a sequential, you only push back and forth without the clutch.
On a dog one, your are still doing the H movement.
