Hi all just thought i put up a few cheeky snaps of my other 9. debating weather to keep it snd enjoy it or sell up. if i keep it my plans are hondata ecu, and a few breather mods unsure of what atm lol.

Not much of a spec list on her as she is basically stock apart from
bilsten coilovers
carbon spoiler
skunk 2 gearknob
5 zigen catback
braided brake hoses

i must say this is one of the tightest ek9's i have ever driven.

bloody hell, the one on the slips couldn't go much lower lol
 
Haha i know what you mean, but belive it not it didn't scarpe or rub, now i have the oem wheels on its now too low lol, scrapes everywere lol. Update soon ordered a few bits :)
 
Gave the car a detail as it had been sat for 4 months lol

Little update

As my rota slips were sat around doing nothing, I decided to use them. I purchased some anodized red steel wheel nuts as the black ones that rota sell only lasted one removal before the aluminium threads stripped. I also have had my OEM wheels refurbed.
My clutch bearing has failed, so I might swell upgrade some parts whilst I have the gearbox off.

I have purchased the following

Fidenza lightweight fly wheel
OEM clutch kit
Braided clutch line
Stainless manifold, not sure of brand has a Stamped plaque though.
Momo race steering wheel
Hopefully they will fitted with in a week or two, working crazy hours I have no time to fit my new items.

I also painted the tyre writing with a tyre paint pen, painted the claipers red. Looks so much better.
Hopefully more updates soon.

Looks alot better on slips bud. I quite like the white paint on the tyres aswell, looks good.
 
Big fan of the slips and the white writing, goes very well.

Get the 4.7 box and drop your 4th and 5th in there.

Yes i was well chuffed when it turned out well. Still need to go over them again. Yes i am currently debating on a 4.7 fd and my 4th and 5th gears. Had that set up in my vsm ek9 and boy did she pull kept up with my mates dc5 lol he wasen't best pleased at the time lol
 
I run the same set up in my ek9 as well, would rate is as good as a b18 swap

Totally agree, i think gearbox mods are so underated. Best mod i have ever had on any ek9 i have owned.

massively underrated mods, in the process of getting my mate to fit a 4.7 fd to his ek9.
