Don't think Weaveworx will be back...
Whys that?
Guys, I wish I could conjure up some pics... but I cant!
It seems one of you knows a good mate of mine who is up with the REME in Scotland from chats ive had today.. whoever you are, you know that all I have said is 110% true so feel free to let people know that this is not bullshit and as I wil state AGAIN, I am not a scammer!! Dont scammers not just vanish?? Not heard of any scammers that refund people!!
Stop feeling sorry for yourself and sort this mess out. You should write every single person who you owe money to a letter/ email explaining what you are doing to solve the situation.
How can you not get pictures? Seems suspicious..
I have nothing to do with this but want to summarise what I think people REALLY want to say to you/thinking concisely:
1) As stated by others, no pictures means its your word against others - it's unprofessional and you can't prove yourself otherwise whatever you say.
2) You owe people large amounts of money, period. Although you stated you have had difficulties etc. on a business level, you still owe people their hard earned cash, so it's really pointless defending yourself on the forum with who said this that and the other etc.
You need to tell each person you owe money to collectively or individually, what is your credible plan and timescales in paying them back (monthly payment of £xx or any other method).
3) When you do group buys, as with all businesses, it is a risk you take as a seller, accept it. You took the full amount from people and had no sellable goods to show for it, again, you gambled and you lost and didn't safe guard yourself or your customers, that is wreckless with other people's money.
I think in the future any sort of group buys should have a small deposit payed then full payment when goods are delivered to the UK and inspected (with photos).
4) I'm not sure how you will continue to trade, certainly under this name. Let's be honest, your reputation around the car community isn't exactly good now. At least people will think twice, three times etc. before buying from you until this gets resolved
5) Although you say your not a scammer and haven't disappeared/contactable (fact), in everyone's eyes, until you have done point 2 above, you will be seen as that, just that you are visible and THAT annoys everyone even more!
Hope you manage to sort this out and there's a satisfactory conclusion to this

Cant argue with that, the only person that knows Im telling the truth is somone who is a member on here that knows one of my best mates and was told all the facts by him, even before I knew that they knew eachother... Random, but there it is!

All will be cleared within a few weeks in order of payments recieved

Half the money, other half made up by myself. Went totally wrong and yes, dealt with unprofessionally. Im not from a business background and tried something that I really believed I could do and got it wrong!!

I dont think I will again to be honest. Once this is resolved and put to bed I want to put the mess/stress behind me

I was wrong for not posting much, and now I am posting, Im still wrong. I get what you are saying but I cant win!
First person to pay was Civic Collier, his refund will be processed tomorrow

Tbh you should never have taken people's money without having the goods, plus I'm sure if the parts you ordered that were damaged would have been down to the delivery company, trust me I worked a courier for 5 years, and surly if it was damaged then your well in your rights to get compensation to get you losses back. Why have you didn't post up that members goods have been damaged so they can get a refund via PayPal. Think someone might have treated themselfs to a holiday at members cost. You have ripped members off fair and square And you are now covering up making bullshit excuses that you have had months to think off. People like you make me sick and if it was me that you bumped I would be taking it further and you wouldn't be leaving untill you have my money plus with no proof how would the police do anything..... Prick
I don't believe for one minute that you have ever seen the bonnets otherwise you WOULD have a picture.
It would be nice to get the TRUE story. If you got scammed by the Chinese company fair enough, but to say they got damaged I don't buy it. We import lots by sea and never really have damage especially not the whole consignment
We LCL all the time, we don't really have one particularly madlssive line.
We have lots of bonnets In stock and our packaging and all carbon bonnet packaging I have seen I fail to see how all 20 parts could be damaged.
I think you guys need to stop bashing him now, he's gave his reasons and has said its going to get sorted over coming weeks/months. A constructive thing to do would be to list out when you all get your refunds through. Help keep track of things.
