hi all i have a facelift ek9 with b18c jus recentley i have had the valve stem seals changed, i then changed the pistons to wossner forged pistons with eaglee rods and arp bolts, i just wanted to know if changing the injectores to perlude 2.2 or accord r injectores will make a diffrence or should i just keep the standard injectores and get it mapped up

any help would realy appreciated

it depends on your build and your overall HP goals. will this be NA or boost? a lot of NA builds simply use RC 310cc injectors. i would caution against used injectors as there can be a variance between flow rates as they age... If you buy used send them to a reputable injector company like RC to have the cleaned up and flow tested.

not looking for to much power as i wont be goin down the cam route yet so was jus wondering buying injectores would make diffrence or not

thanks for the rely

If your not going down the cam route stock injectors will be fine otherwise a good upgrade is k20 injectors, we used them on a lot of built b18's.

injectors don't "make a difference" its not like exhaust or intake, you add upgraded injectors anytime the fuel demand for your engine causes your injectors duty cycle to increase beyond 80%... Who ever tunes your car can tell you the duty cycle, also its okay to get bigger injectors now if you plan for bigger mods later. This is all assuming you have some sort of tunable EMS.

i am waiting for my hondata to come runing on obd1 ecu and mapped on crome was thinking of trying to get top end power so was wondering if bigger injectores would help because friends have said they will help but i dont have a clue lol
