What is this for in the engine fuse box???

I have fitted a B16B into another members ej9 & when i fitted the EK9 engine loom & fuse box this plug was missing.

(the one were the plug is missing)

I have checked on my EK9 & this plug goes into the loom with the rest of the wires.

Im looking to find out what this fuse/missing plug is for??

Have you tried disconnecting it from your see what it does?
