i have never seen that in my life, could just be stamped or something...idk Have you ever opened up the tranny?

nop, never opened up the tranny, but it behaves like an lsd! Gears are shorter than a euro vti and my final speed is 210 km/h (speed cutter at180 removed by sfc field controler).

ok .here some other photos of engine an gearbox
:blinx: Seems thats an s80 ,hydro? But is it helical lsd? or all of hondas lsds are helical? Helical and torsen dif are the same thing???:please:

Yes thats an S80 according to the badge. If it's stock, the diff is helical. IIRC, TorSen is a type of helical LSD.

A correction on one of your assumptions: an LSD does NOT make your gears shorter. As a consequence, it will NOT lower your top speed. If your max speed is that low, I'd say it has to be an S80 box with shorter after market final drive.

The only thing an LSD does, is make sure your wheels don't completely turn around independent from eachother. For a better explanation: Limited slip differential - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Thanks jt. I mention about shorter gears and max speed in order someone could identify the stamp on the gearbox (lsd e2d) .
:blinx:Now i feel more confident about my car.:)
