I'm looking to change my ADVAN RGI for one of these two:

Volk TE37 15x7" ET35

or

949 6UL 15x8" ET35

The volk are used, but the 949 are new for the same price!!

i'm do decided.

Help me!

Which are the lightest and what are they made out of.
There will be a reason why the others are a lot cheaper :)

volk are forged, 949 are cast.
But 949 is a very good wheel for price...
i'm not decided.....

I would personally go for the volk purely because i know there amazing wheels and better then the other ones. At the end of the day you can always have the used volks repainted ect…
So that would be my choice :)

i'd go with the 949 as they look sweet and maybe alot rarer than the volks... volks seem very common as alot of people have the replicas of them

The 6UL was designed specifically for an mx5 race series in the states.

I'd take the TE37 any day of the week, heat treated, solid forged from T6061 grade aluminium alloy and hard anodized (for most finishes offered), yum

Are the 949 wheels even high pressure cast? Are they not just gravity cast wheels?

With the 6UL you will swapping like for like (i.e. Advan RG for 949 6UL), with the Volk wheel you will be upgrading ;)

correct.
the 949 wheel are cast wheels....same my Advan Rg!
I'm decided, TE37 rules.

Good choice, although it wouldn't have to be the TE37, many of the top end volk race wheels have the pros of the TE37; so that's CE28, RE30, G2 etc.., although I think the G2 only starts at 16".

yes, but in my country is not very common that there is an offer of Volk wheels.

Ok, you'll be impressed by their weight, should make a noticeable difference to the way the car drives.
