Which gearbox for EK4 SirII?

Guys
i'm currently running AT tranny in my B16a5. Since i think it's on the way out i started looking for the manual replacement. I've got below options:
* S80 FD4.4
* S80 FD4.7
* Y21
* S4C
any of the above will be better than the auto tranny but just wanted to ask for your opinion which one is best to go for? Just to say: most of my driving is on the motorway and i wouldnt want a great mpg increase either.

S80 4.7, Tougher syncro's, Helical LSD and the 4th and 5th is slightly longer than the S80 4.4 and S4C 4.4. The 4.7 will certainly liven your setup up too.

No brainer IMO.
 
only thing, price of s80 is double as to S4C. is the difference really that significant between S80 and S4C?? Can anyone confirm that 4.7 FD will have longer 4th and 5th than 4.4FD? this confuses me... as i mentioned, i do most of my driving on highways and therefore would need longer 4th and 5th. thanks
 
Good upgrade for 1600's is 4.9fd, or else get S80 with 4.7 and use S4C or 96spec ITR 4th and 5th gears

4.9fd means i'd be driving on the highway with really high rpms = poorer mpg...
