will i notice a power gain from a exhaust manifold

hi i have a b16a2 civic fitted a cat back the other day and i noticed a gain it feels much better in vtec now but is it worth getting a manifold aswell will i notice sound difference or power difference or both ?? cheers

With the right manifold you will net more gains than any catback

hi yes i did vtec seemed to feel much better obviously not massively but it definitely breathes better and more responsive . so you think its worth putting a mini on aswell then do you think ill notice a difference in sound aswell .thanks

if you want more noise, put on an induction kit as it will give the car more of a grunt while also helping the car breath, a new mani is a mod i always do before exhausts as you get more bhp gains(7-10bhp) depending on the mani so yea, get one on mate
