ROAD LEGAL HID Kits Bi-Xenon High/Lo Beam for EKs and EGs

i'm getting a kit, and so might 2 of my mates be aswell, i'm spreading the word round for you. i'm wanting to know (you can reply to my pm) if i buy 3 at once will we get any more off.

thanks for the support. But this is a rock bottom price for a top quality kit. Cant blame you for asking though! Thanks for the interest!

Need to see the quality though... With HIDs, you do get what you paid for.

I've gone through multiple brands from Taiwan and Japan(roughly 6). There are variations of light intensity for sure.

More expensive ones are slightly brighter and last longer, I'm using Meccatune, Halogic and Exergic brands. My Halogic brand gives me 2yrs warranty.

But these are good prices... Good buy! :nice:

Much improvement over standard lighting Dazek9? Post some pics up. I have a set of these sitting at home im up to my eyes with work so didnt get a chance to fit them. Did you remove your front bumper to fit the ballasts?

you have to remove the bumper to fit them neatly and you HAVE to remove the headlights, unclip the bulbs from the diffusors (you turn them to release them) then using the spring in the headlight clamp the diffusor in then twist-lock the bulb in, refit the headlight, then the bumper :nice:

Ill put a guide up shortly for you guys that have bought the kit.

You don't need to remove the bumper. The headlights come out just fine. Unclip the bulbs from the diffusors and fit the diffuser like the bulb. Then put the bulb in and twist. The passenger is a little harder as the power steering resovior is there but if you can get some one to hold it out of the way its just as simple. All this can be done with the headlights in place. Takes about 30 mins to do.

bolting the ballast on the outside of the frame rails is the best place as it will be 100% out of site!! but you do have to remove the bumper to do it whit way...

We have done them with bumper off and bumper on. Each time the install is clean and neat. Just depends on how much time you have. Took the bumper off on my install so I could mount the ballasts out of site. Hid all the wires so it looks like a factory job.

not had teh front bumper off of my 9 yet, i need to to complete my waxoyling, anyone got an idiots guide?? where are all the clips, i have seen some on the top and the bottom, are tehre any behid the headlights or inside the wings?!?!

Simple guide! youll have it off in a couple of minutes

1.open bonnet
2. use phillips to remove the 7x plastic clips along the middle above the grill (you unscrew the middle then pull the whole clip out)
3. undo the two 10mm bolts underneath the bumper about a foot in, theyre spaces about half a meter apart and are the only two 10mm bolts sticking striaght down and have built on washer.
4.use stubby phillips to undo to the screws at the corners of the bumper (vertically up)
5.pull the sides of the bumper down a centimeter then out an inch of two away from the wing, do the same on the other side and then grip the bumper in the middle and carfully liftt away making sure the corners dont catch you wing.

tip. makes sure you tuck your wheel-well liners back behine the bumper as your putting it backon otherwise itll rub againts the wheel! :nice:

are there any pictures of these kits fitted? They're perfect fitment for both eg and ek?

I cant get them for that kind of price anymore so dont stock them but I only ever had one person who had problems with them. :nice:
