Measure the inlet diameter on the turbo and find the correct size K&N filter. Try ebay there's alot on there. Only settle for K&N Look at this for example...

Get a new K&N filter, they are the best and most used when it comes to turbo airfilters.

If its white smoke then you are burning coolant! And what turbo is it? Ball bearing journal bearing? You have to use the correct oil restrictor for the turbo, otherwise excessive oil pressure will go through the turbo seals. Have a look at the coolant level, does it go down and require...
