100mm - 75mm hose?

Anyone got a clue where I can pick up a 100mm - 75mm hose pipe for my dads car? Need it today so eBay isn't an option tried places like halfrauds and awesome gti local garages etc but can't find anything I've scanned the.internet to and its just website after website or places in buckingham, anyone else have a clue?
