10th April Scottish Meet Part 2


alright guys anyone stay in perth or know the area at all ? think i've only been there once or twice years ago lol. Been checking out some landmarks ie: Scone Palace, concert hall etc but obviously people that know the area will be more clued up on locations for shoots and that. All good shouts considered :p cheers :D

im in perth around twice a week for work and a good friend of mine with a crx delsol lives in perth i shall fire him a text and see if he can reccomend anywhere prefferably sheltered incase bad weather . he will also be at the meet so he can show us the way around lol .

sound, as i say dont know the place at all hopefully the weather is on our side to visit a few landmarks for some quality photoshoots:D
 
i stay in perth :). new to this forum but im on civiclife. Theres a few places in perth you could meet that are quite good. If theres bad weather you can go under the icerink if the police arent driving around haha.

orite guys im kinda new to the forum too , if this goes a head this will probbably be the best thing to hit perth ...ever! .

im from perth so i know the area very well , the south inch carpark is a no no because the fuzz are in there almost evry friday and sat , undercover cars sit there two .


i can imagine the underground being a pain in the arse aswell tho , just because of the sheer noise from 20+ maybe hondas , and im persuming you's dont have standard exhausts :p hah , so it will be noisy as **** , but aslong you's arent being arsehooles and doing burnouts and handy's then i shouldnt see a problem !

usually the places to go are , dewars ice rinck carpark(under ground ), perth park and ride ,south inch carpark various tescos even the new b+q carpark or the old retail park , just whatever ,

aslong as evrything on your car is legit then youve got nothing to worry about .

but a word of warning for you guys traveling from glasgow , traffic police usually sit on the A9 south ,

oh its going ahead dont worry bout that:D and cheers man brilliant info bout locations and dont worry no one there will be doing burnouts etc we aint nuggets lol and ta for heads up on cops handy incase one or 2 of us get carried away but any convoy will be tight anyway:nice:
 
get some dates set gav . car will be on the road as of the 29th of march so you can go ahead and decide a date now . i was thinking sat 10th april or sunday 11th april . i think during the day would be better as you cant get decent photos at nite etc . but afterall its up to you gav since your the daddy now with the dc5 :p were jus the wee guys in our 9's lol

hahaha na im sure there will be plenty there that'll hump the 5 :D well i'm easy date wise we'll go with that then get in your diary guys saturday the 10th of april times and so on will follow soon but agree during the day to night time will be best for pics etc:nice:

aye man saturday 10th of april, time and exact location still to be confirmed mid afternoon in perth somewhere lol will get them up as soon as its sorted, want the 1st location to be a good'n to kick it off:nice:
