i am 15 years old and i am looking for a ek9 type-r for sale
it needs to start first time
i would like it standerd and white
i do not want the face lift version unless under 5500

any ideas how i could get more money for a lower mileage car?
:drive:

thanks

lol your mad chum ...

Would you not be best saving your money, drive a wee cheap run-around and get some experience and no claims under your belt, then think about the ek9?

Lol is it April 1st? Dont care much for your folks asking them to pay up 3k, its probably a lot more than that. What part of the world are you from? The EK9 is way too much of a car for your first, give you a couple of months before you kill somebody.
Im older but I still remember how I used to drive my 1.1 fiesta around, too much power is lethal early on.

ye man but sorry don think you experienced enough to own an ek9......tends to a general thing that must peoples first cars are a bit rubbish

Where are you from?? And are your parents paying the car aswell??? DONT get an ek9 at the age of 16..You have no driving experience on a road and will more than likely crash..Your to young..Get a cheap car and get experience

Why am I getting a feeling that there's a big chance that his future 9 will end against a tree...

Wow i have never seen this forum be so unwelcoming, the guy wants an ek9, his parents have the money to pay for ins, it be nice if we were all so lucky. Why so much hate? A standard EK9 is not all that fast that it be unsafe for a first time driver... Though it may spoil him a bit ;)

You've never met first time drivers in the UK have you? lol.

I can picture a bodykit and neons comming...:secret:

note: Halfords and eBay is NOT your friend.

well first you cant drive without a licsend anyways his talking about driving with a provisional and that you must have a be supervised when driving. plus his only going to be 16 and if his in england he wont get to drive anyways until his 17 unless he has a disablity.

plus i mayb wrobge about this but does he know what an ek9 is everyone knows it a type r but some people just thinks its a TYPE R so its gonna be cool so they have to have one.

hope i make sense.

Not hate at all. But for me, unless your parents/family have motorsport background where you learn something early - karting etc (maybe he has), its irresponsible. I know nothing of first time drivers in the US but here in UK many drive like maniacs, unfortunately insurance for young drivers is very high in UK but there is good reason for this.

x2 I think that he should at least pass his test before considering a powerful car.

Is this a joke or something mate, no offence, save up until your 20 then maybe, ;)
