15 need a ek9 please help


have you considered an nsx? perhaps a ferrari? maybe a 600+ bhp audi rs6? they are nice cars, greatfor going up and down the drive.

in all fairness tho if the lad can afford one and afford insurance then why not, just be careful and dont wang it into someone else/a tree/a wall/ etc.

everytime a someone drives one like an idiot and writes one off we all pay more for our insurance. grrrrrr

I have a problem with him having a nine, i got a kid and i know what most 17 year olds are like.

As for the rich kids with daddys credit card i cant think of anything worse all that money and not a care in the world for other people.

I love the fact they think they are god i had a daddys boy in his M3 cut me up so at the next set of lights i got out knowing full well i wanted him to do the same. He saw me coming got out and started shouting all this **** about this and that trying to act big infont of his gal. I didnt say a word, walked up and broke his nose. I have no time for people who live off other peoples money and dont have any sense of resposability.

When you have earned a faster car and come from a heap of **** like most. You wont rag the bollocks off it untill somthink breaks and daddys fixes it or worse u kill yourself and possible someone else.

I think all the people who have said for him to take it easy and try a 1.4 etc first are right i mean im sure so many people have had 1.1 etc for the first car a floored it everywhere. Difference is a 1.1 takes 11 sec to 60 an EK9 etc do it in 6.

Its just a recipie for disaster i personally think that you should have had to of been driving 2 years to drive a car over 160bhp i mean come on its not like 2 years would kill you and i bet alot more people would be celebrating christmas with there loved ones if some twat in daddys M5 hadent of been showing off to the Gold-digging women in the back crashes into some poor bastards car.

aye mayb not in a straight line, its the inexperience when you come too fast into a corner of what to do. an Eg Vti is Not even half the car compared to an EK9
 
bad idea :L i could have had an ek9 at 16, but instead i got a 1.4 and made it something!, plus 1.4 is fast enough till you get confidence behind the wheel, now ive got a b18 etc in the car and i'm sensable enough to use it without killing someone.

its the same story all the time, young guy gets a fast car, gets all his mates in it, aw look what i can do, then wipes the lot of them out, fair enough if you are into karting or something like i am that does help, but i doubt it.

Im only 15 but i have a facelift ej9 doing a long build lol

Im glad you got what i was saying.

Its not me trying to look hard more giving and example of why young people especailly the ones who dont care about anything are bassically been giving the means to hurt or kill people who may be ailve if the 17-18 year olds had a few more years under there belt or in a slower car.
 
I dont think rich kids are all like that but you have to agree that when you where 17 which i dont think your all to far away from you like alot of other drive to fast for there abilitys.

Simple fact of the matter is that if less young people and the reason i said rich kids is because i have met plently and when its all on daddys credit card they dont give a as ****. If they wernt allowed 350z, M3's etc more people would be alive and be able to enjoy life. Thats the inportant thing.

If you cant agree with that then you really are quite sad.

My mum and dad are well off by the way. I could have an EK9 if i wanted but why would i want it on a plate i hate people living of other peoples money its what all my brothers did. Id rather earn it myself.

Who cares if he's rich or not, that's entirely besides the point. Kid is the operative word here, someone who lacks the maturity to be sensible with or the experience to properly control that kind of performance/power. Why are insurance quotes for young males so high? Because they cause so many accidents.

TBH mate, I get the impression you're just arguing for the sake of it.
