Honda : B20 98 spec integra type R
You'll find pic's on the link but i'm sure you all know my car is in the build up section
Here we have for sale my 1998 JDM Integra spec R. This is a rare opportunity to own the amazing handling integra R but with the torque that the DC2 has always lacked by the addition of the B20 built motor which compliments the car's chassis beautifully.
Unlike the 96 spec DC2's the 98 spec's have the benefits of:
Improved suspension and bushes
Larger brakes both front and rear
HID lights as standard
facelifted rear bumper
All the suspension changes have resulted in the 98 spec feeling a whole lot tighter than the 96 spec.
I purchased my ITR around 6 months ago. I am the third UK owner. The car was imported by Tegiwa imports a couple of years ago. I bought it with 75,000 on the clock. It now have 79,000.
The engine swap was done by DNR performance. The car had been professionaly buffed and polished and is in great condition inside and out. The only thing i can fault is the dreaded drives side bolster!
The engine has now covered over 2000 miles without a single hick up. Runs perfectly!
Engine specs:
B20B3 block
B18c4 P72 GSR head fully rebuilt with new stem seals and 10 thou skim
EK9 cams
Hytech tri-y
de-cat
2.5" centre section
BWR Vtec conversion kit
ARP head studs
ITR oil pump
ITR water pump
ITR timing belt kit
Skunk2 Pro series Intake manifold
BBK 70mm Throttle body
Facelift Prelude 280cc injectors
ARC intake chamber with Spoon filter
P28 ECU dyno tuned on Crome
F1 stage 2 clutch
F1 4.4KG flywheel
ITR 98 spec s80 4.78FD Box
This build has cost me a fortune and every part was brand new!
The car was dyno tuned last week and made a very impressive 198.6 BHP with 140 Ft/lbs (same figures as a K20 build) The car spent over one and a half hours on the dyno fine tuning the fueling and ignition which has resulted in a very very smooth power curve.
The car has recently had ek9 cams fitted, an original hytech try-y header, de-cat and a DIY 2.5" exhaust resulting in around an extra 15-20 bhp! No expense has been spared on the build.
This car runs a 13.7 1/4 mile.
The car's build up can be seen on Ek9.org.
Tax till 31st may 2010
MOT till 31st march 2011
Also comes with a sony cd player and speakers all round.
I cant stress enough what good condition the exterior of this car is in..there isnt one single little parking dent anywhere! no ripples down the side or anything.
The car also comes with a toad cat 1 alarm!
Any questions just Email.
Thanks
