As some of you may know, i’ve not had this car long. When I saw this for sale and found out it was my friends old car (ek9cub on here) I just had to view, after seeing it was still in excellent condition I quickly purchased.

Since then, i’ve moved to a different site with work & no longer lift share; this with the addition of a house I want kind of forces me to part with the car much sooner than I had originally planned.

Its a 2008 GT pack with full service history and 65k on the clock in Alabaster Silver.

Last serviced @ 63,185miles at Grinspeed; Oil + filter, gearbox oil, brake fluid & geo set-up with a full check over of the car.

MOT – November (No advisories)

The car has never missed a beat, as you’d expect from a Honda. The map (courtesy of Paul at TDI North) is very smooth given it has the upgraded cams and the power is very progressive. Mapped & only ran on Shell V-Power (can show account for fuel purchases as proof if required).

Tyres are all Goodyear Eagle F1 Assymetric 2’s with plenty of tread up front and ‘as new’ on the rear. The interior is also very clean, I doubt anyone has ever sat in the back!

The exterior is very clean all-round with minimal swirl marks, there are only a few stone chips, and a few scratches to the drivers side-skirt. The alloys are also ‘as new’ no curbing at all and no noticeable stone chips or marks. The bonnet has been re-sprayed (as these suffer from stone chips due to the aggressive angle of the bonnet), all other paintwork is as it left the factory.

This car has had approximately £10k spent on reputable modifications fitted by reputable garages and I have receipts for all the work that has been carried out + Original Honda Brochures + 2 keys & Honda wallet for service book etc.

Always carefully warmed up and spent most of its life with me on the motorway in cruise control @ 60mph, getting just shy of 40mpg.

Bad points;
1). Whilst at Grinspeed Stevie said one of the rear trailing bushes was slightly worn and would need changing in the next 6-12 months & the front ARB bushes were tired.

2). Front passenger tyre is slightly worn on the outside. This was due to alignment, which has now been corrected at Grinspeed – the rest of the tyre has plenty of tread.

If the asking price is met, I will include a full Polybush kit worth £350 – this replaces all 4 front lower arm bushes and the front ARB bushes and the 2 trailing arm bushes.

glws mate didnt realise you bought this of cub, f**king brilliant car and i know both guys very well, not 1p will have been wasted this car, will of never wanted for anything and will have been kept pristine. i can vouch for that.

Cheers for the kind words Kev! Yes as soon as I found out it was J's old car it was as good as bought! :nice:

Have been tempted to keep it and sort the bushings, but I really do need to get a diesel daily - at least in the short term.

Back from holiday now, so the car is available for viewing.

6 months tax will be added, price dropped to £9100, if no interest/ sale by Monday I will be advertising on Pistonheads etc.
