This is my lowcost project for newbee timeattack user like me =)
Spec:
1. Civic EJ9 1999. Why restyling? Because we have in stock 262 front discs and 15/16`` brake master cylinder like on VTi version. Plus we have 22mm front ARB in stock.
Price: 1400euros in Germany (with dvd, 2 pair of disc and other items that you can sell)
2. Type-R lips and shift knob like FD2
Price: 250$ from Ebay.com with delivery
3. Front ARB from CRV RD1 26mm. Bolt on.
Price: 50$ from local junkyard
4. ASR brace from Chinas aliexpress.com
Price: 60-80$ (price depends on the customs and shipping)
5. Rear ARB from ITR DC2 spec98 23mm.
Price: 100-150$ (I traded it to the lights of Civic ee9)
6. Skunk2 lower control arms replica from Chinas aliexpress.com
To not write about skank2 crafts from China, it is not true to say the least. Replica differs only by the quality of polyurethane and all. But we order original polyurethane inserts for $ 15 and get a set of the original lever from skank2 cost $ 100, not 250.

7. Rear discs brake swap from EK4 VTI (242mm) with ABS sensor,parking brake cable, etc.. bolt on.
Price: 250$
8. 5zigen R15 4*100 7J ET +35 5.4kg weight (from Japan)
Price: 350$ from russian baza.drom.ru
9. P06 ECU + OBD2B-OBD1 harness
Price: 130$ from Ebay.com
10. EK9 stock suspension from redliners.ru
Price: 350$
11. Stock EK4 front strut bar. New OEM from exist.ru
Price: 35$
12. Motor d14z4 weak. Because we buy the intake manifold of the engine d16z6, head porting window holes with a D14 manifold, remove from head d14z4 1mm. This will give us about 115-120 hp. This setup make my friend and has dyno
Price: may be about 250$
13. Еxhaust is completely changed to 51mm pipe(catalyst removed. Put stronger plus resonator 60mm). Rear exhaust is Magnaflow
Price: 70$
There will will buy:
1. Other strut bar like ek9 stock (about 150$)
2. Tire. I wanted to buy a fed 595rsr, but the budget does not allow. While we take Hankook Ventus Evo v12 k112 or S1 Evo or Bridgestone Potenza Adrenalin RE002 195/50/15 (about 250$)
Some install:
My project on small rings may well go on par with the stock ek4, er3 and other machinery and quickly understand where you want to make an effort. In the car or myself.
All budget with car is 4300$ (+/- 500$)

But this oversteer is fully controlled and predictable. Its very fun in corner
