ABS reluctor rings on non abs shaft

Hi,
this may be a stupid question but can you fit the abs reluctor rings on to a non abs shaft?
My car has abs but I have fitted shafts without reluctor rings so abs light is on

I've had a quick look on here

And can't see a separate part for an abs ring.
