welcome . i have to agree a 1.4 civic 96-00 looks like a good option for you as a project car :p
 
Been looking the last few days and ill be going for the 1.4 or the 1.5vti. All depends on what comes up after my next paycheck.

On a side note, dad just bought the new Impreza and WONT be putting me in the insurance :(.

Best make this Civic fast enough to keep up eh!
